Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Infinate Beauty. Please review our Terms and Conditions that apply to the use and purchase of products from this site. Use of the site constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms. From time to time we may change the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of the site following which will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update the website at any time and if we are unable to deliver the products ordered a full refund will be made. All products illustrated are subject to normal limitations of electronic presentation.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT.
Payment must be made online at the time of ordering via our encrypted secure HSBC payment portal prior to shipment.

Privacy
Infinate Beauty takes the privacy of its customers personal details very seriously and promises only to use information collected in accordance with the Data Proctection Act 1998. We will collect your name, address, telephone number and email address when you place an order as we require this information to be able to contact you in the event of a query.

Internet payment details are handled by our current payment provider HSBC. We do not have access to any credit card details. We will take all reasonable care to keep your personal details and order details secure but in the absence of negligence on the part of Infinate Beauty we will not be held liable for any loss suffered by the customer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to this information.

Delivery
At the present time we only accept orders for delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland. All orders are either sent by Royal Mail, Interlink Courier Service or by Standard Parcel Post. Our current delivery times are 5 working days. Delivery costs are calculated automatically and are based upon avarage weight due to the variety of products available.

Out of Stock Items
In the event of any part of your order being 'out of stock' we will forward the goods available and hold the outstanding items for 14 days. If we are unable to deliver the outstanding items by this time and after communication with you, we will refund your credit card with the full amount of this item including the relevant postage cost.

Returns
If any goods are received damaged or incorrect please return them to us (in their original product packaging) by 2nd class post or parcel post, within 14 days and we will either refund, including postage, or replace the items in question once they have been received by Infinate Beauty. We will not be held responsible for goods that do not arrive back to us and would therefore strongly advise that you obtain a receipt of posting.
Prior to returning goods please email or call our sales department to enable us to to assist you . If any item is returned to us prior to being authorized by Infinate Beauty and if a fault is not found in the product, you will be liable for the cost of the product.

General Terms
This does not affect your statutory rights. And a full refund on the cost of product (excluding postage) will be made if they are recieved by us within 14 days from original shipment date, and in the condition they were shipped. In this instance all goods can only be returned provided they have not been used and have the original product packaging intact and undamaged. A full refund will be made upon receipt of goods with the return postage cost being paid by you if recieved within 14 days of original shipment. We will not be held responsible for goods that do not arrive back to us and would therefore strongly advise that you obtain a receipt of posting.
